Judy Horrocks, Ed.D.
Academy Director & Lead Trainer
Specialty – Autism Education


Dr. Judy Horrocks is the Director of the TIM Academy as well as the Assistant Director of the renowned Timothy School in Berwyn, PA. Judy has more than 25 years in autism education as a teacher, school administrator and professional educator. She is a pioneer in the field, helping to design student curriculums, teacher training courses and staff development programs (for public and private schools, school districts and the medical community). Judy is also a frequent speaker on autism research and teaching methods. In addition to presenting at the National Autism Conference held annually in University Park, PA, she recently traveled to China to speak at Beijing Normal University as part of the People to People Ambassador Program. Judy received a Doctorate in Education from Lehigh University in 2006. She also holds a B.S. in psychology from the Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree in special education from Beaver College (now Arcadia University).

Wendy Moran
Assistant Director
Specialty – Working with Parents, Home and Community Routines


Wendy Moran is the assistant director of the TIM Academy, where she serves as both a trainer and administrator. She also provides classroom consultations and helps design staff development programs for schools and school districts. Previously, she served for nearly 15 years as the home school behavior liaison for the Timothy School. In this position, she provided support and training for parents and home support staff. She also served as an autistic support teacher at the Timothy School for five years. Wendy holds a B.A. in elementary education and special education as well as a Bachelor in Social Work from Cedar Crest College.

Cheryl Mark
Transition Coordinator & Trainer
Specialty – Older Children (Age 10-16), Student Transition


Cheryl Mark is a TIM Academy trainer as well as Transition Coordinator at The Timothy School, where she works primarily with older children (age 10-16 years). Previously, she was a special education classroom teacher for 10 years. Cheryl holds a bachelor’s degree and dual teaching certificate in elementary and special education from LaSalle University. She is also presently enrolled in the Transition Certificate Program at George Washington University.

Gina Pastino
Teacher & Trainer
Specialty – Changing Challenging Behaviors, Adolescents


Gina Pastino is TIM Academy trainer specializing in changing challenging behaviors and working with adolescents. She also teaches special education at the Timothy School, a position she has held since 2000. Gina holds an undergraduate degree from Villanova University and a master’s degree in education from Cabrini College.

Amy Noone
Lower School Coordinator and Trainer
Specialty – Young Children (Age 5-10)


Amy Kane has worked at the Timothy School since 1997, first as a teaching assistant and now as a classroom teacher and the Lower School Coordinator. She works primarily with younger children ages five through 10. Amy is also a TIM Academy trainer and consultant. She graduated from Villanova University with a bachelor’s degree in human services, and received a dual teaching certification in elementary and special education and a master’s degree in education from Cabrini College. Amy is currently enrolled in Pennsylvania State University’s Applied Behavior Analysis Program and is working towards becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Ellen Leider
Teacher & Trainer
Specialty – Changing Challenging Behaviors


Ellen Leider has taught special education for 18 years at the Timothy School, where she has worked with children of all ages. She also participates in the Changing Challenging Behaviors seminar at the TIM Academy. Ellen has a B.S. in sociology and a certificate to teach high school social studies from Bloomfield College as well as a master’s degree in special education from Temple University.

Sarah Greim
Teacher & Trainer
Specialty – Adolescents, Behavior Management

Sarah Greim has taught at The Timothy School for eight years, serving as a special education teacher and a member of the transition team. She received her B.S. in elementary and special education from Saint Joseph’s University and a master’s degree in educational leadership from Immaculata University. In addition, she has received specialized training in changing challenging behaviors.
